Introduction
I don?t exactly know what make this is but I decided to put it in this category because I know this is a great make!! But anyway, moving on.
My mum brought these a few weeks ago and offered to make them for me the other day but I wanted to help make them, so we waited until today and they were lovely!! And there were eight of them; I wanted them all to myself after I tried the first. I suppose that is because I didn?t help make them! My mum made them!!
Oh, and on the packet cover there are dozens of cookies. (Yum yum)!! They look so lovely!!

What it is
I haven?t heard of this before (me a chocoholic, nonsense)!! So I don?t suppose many people have, but anyway that?s no the point. Well basically it?s just cookie dough, with chunks of real chocolate in it. There are instructions but I?ll tell you about that later!!

Taste
When cooked, well I haven?t tasted them raw, they taste lovely, but there can be little crusty bits round the edge if cooked for too long!! Don?t worry if they are soggy they are meant to be, for extra yumminess!! If left for about 25 minutes then they go cold and quite hard, but still extremely tasty.
Despite the gorgeous taste it may contain nuts in it. So yet again Sorry but better to be safe than sorry!!!

Packet
The packet is a cylinder shape that goes out further as you get to the top of it. It has a red lid and as I told you there are cookies on the front in the background.
On the front it also says We make. You bake. Saxby?s. Fresh cookie dough. Choc chip. The writing is on a rectangle shaped box that is coloured peach and then it gets lighter as it goes into the centre.
On the back there is loads of information on how to make them and there is nutritional information which I Will tell you about later. The bottom of t
he small round tub is see - through so you can see the delicious dough (well it just looks weird in the tub, but you know what I mean)!!

Nutrition

Energy: 798Kj, 190Kcal
Protein: 2.2g
Carbohydrate: 27.6g

Once the cookies are baked you must eat them within 24 hours. Once the packet is opened you must eat it within 3 days. But don?t worry, the use by date is quite a long time before it goes off.

Instructions
There are three steps to ?cookie heaven? as it claims on the packet!!
STEP 1: Remove the dough from the tub and divide it into eight balls. Place them on an ungreased baking tray 6cm apart from each other.
STEP 2: Place in a preheated oven 180?C/gas mark 4 for 10 ? 12 minutes until they are a golden brown. They should look moist when removed from the oven, to ensure they will be soft and gooey YUM!!
STEP 3: Cool on a baking tray for 5-10 minutes, so they are warm for extra yumminess!!

Storage
This product needs to be refrigerated. On the packet it tells us that we should freeze on the day we purchase it and defrost thoroughly before you bake it. It is suitable for home freezing and it is also suitable for vegetarians. There are 350g
in the packet of cookie dough, obviously, what else is it going to be. (I can be stupid sometimes)!! The packet can also be recycled.

Conclusion
Well I have made a discovery, this is by Saxby?s, but at least now you know and you can decide for your self whether to get this BEAUTIFUL cookie dough!! I suggest you get it, after all there is no harm in trying it!! Well I hope I helped!!
And all of this for just £1.50, incredible.
