varieties of cypriot cheese include the well known ENGLISH cheese called CHEDDAR, the well known ITALIAN cheese called MOZZERELLA, the well known DUTCH cheese called EDAM, as well as the creme de la creme of cypriot cheese, known as MICHAEL APOSTALIDES.

he is indeed, very cheesy, and can often be compared to a stiff, strong piece of gorgonzola, or maybe a soft, creamy piece of port salut sample miniture cheeses from safeway.

MICHAEL APOSTALIDES cheese goes well with jacobs crackers and a nice swig of gin.

i know it is tasty, because the king of the world came to my house and knocked on the door wih a sledgehammer, to award me a certificate saying that MICHAEL APOSTACHEESY was very tasty, which is utterly DISGUSTING, as i have nothing to do with it.
