For some reason these are really addictive sweets, once a bag is opened they go really quick, occasionally someone in the office will buy a big bag and they last no tme at all. I think one of the reasons is that they are really easy to eat as they are fruity and chewy so they get the saliva flowing and you canot suck them you just have to chew. These jelly chews come in a variety of shapes, some are just straight chewy sweets while others have some marsh mellow to the, I like the fried eggs as they are quite neat looking however my favourite ones are the coca cola bottles. The be fair most of them have a similar taste to them with the exception of ... Read the complete review

Oh, excellent. I didn't notice that this product was here already to write about. I'd been sitting here, munching on a pack of Haribo Starmix, looking for inspiration on what to write about. Here it was staring me in the face all along ~ why don't I write about what I'm currently stuffing my face with? Ok then...here goes! I am a big fan of jelly sweets; in fact I often buy them in preference to chocolate. I like midget gems and wine gums best (except yellow ones!), but I can be tempted by other sweets if I see them on the shelves. This is how I came to be sitting here with a mouth full of Starmix! I was in my local Spar (which is nicely ... Read the complete review

Haribo Starmix are a soft chewy sweet which are mainly aimed at kids, but kids and grown ups love it so, the happy world of Haribo!!! The brand has it's roots in 1893 and the first production plant was open in 1920. These sweets scare me because they are so blimmin addictive and they aren't even that nice really. However I always seem to find myself picking a bag up whilst at the petrol station etc and I can't help myself. Packaging= Loud and proud, aimed at kids, bright blue and the Haribo kid in a rocket!!! Appearance= Depending on which you buy. They do mini bags with half size sweets in which tend to be about 10p or bought ... Read the complete review

Kids and grownups love it so as we are always told on the adverts with this hugely successful maker of sweets continuing to get more and more fans and an ever increasing range on offer. The Starmix is my favourite mixture bag that Haribo offer and I think the main reason for this is because it takes me back to when I was still at primary school when I used to take a walk to the local Spar and get bags of 10p mixes and sit scoffing on them on break, lunch and the way home with the sweets on offer in the Starmix bags including gummy rings, fried eggs, gummy bears, cola bottles and more. These sweets are simple in their ideas and stick to the classics that have ... Read the complete review

Every fortnight me and my 3 best girl friends have a girly night in, pampering products, dvds, takeaway, and tonnes amongst tonnes of sweets. The bags of sweets vary, depending on who buys them, and what we happen to feel like. However, one bag that always turns up, (usually bought by me) are Haribo Starmix! I usually buy these from tesco, and normally buy the 300g bag. This costs usually £1.35, alot more expensive than other shops, but occasionally these are offer, sometimes down to a ridiculously good price of 67p! The bag is bright blue with HARIBO (written in red) and STARMIX (underneith written in white). The bag has a clear see through ... Read the complete review
