... such much more than just eat it plain. It makes so many different dishes that it is actually quite versatile. With this being "Sugar Free" it means that even people following a special diet can enjoy these as well as they are so low in calories. These can also be bought already prepared ( bit lazy!) in a little plastic pot, but of course they will work out to be much more expensive if purchased in this way. This particular Raspberry jelly contain per 1 serving (each sachet makes 4 servings); ~~~Calori...more

Premium Review Hartley's Sugar Free Raspberry Jelly Crystals: NOT JUST A WOBBLY JELLY !!! (758 words)

Well Hartleys are very well known for their Jams and especially their Jellies, kids love them, adults love them, most people love them. This was a favourite in my house when my children were little and not feeling to well, especially if they had a sore throat, as this just glides down easily. You could only buy these years ago in a hard jelly square that was cut into cubes so you could break them off easily and then pour hot water over to melt. This would take a few minutes to melt down, but nowadays you can buy the jelly in sachets in a powder form. The one I have today is the Hartleys Sugar Free Raspberry flavour Jelly, which comes in two ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Banish the Jelly Belly with Hartley's Sugar Free Jelly (854 words)

Goodness, after reading a few negative comments and reviews on dooyoo regarding those who write food reviews, I almost feel I should apologise for yet another food review. But, I won't. I love food and enjoy discovering new products, even though they may not be new to everyone and I'd like to share my thoughts and opinions with those who care to read them. For most of my childhood and ensuing adult hood I've disliked jelly. Whereas my friends would devour the stuff at parties, I'd avoid it like the plague. To me it was like plastic and tasted artificial with little substance. When I grew up and became calorie conscious, I soon discovered sugar free ...  Read the complete review

Question ? Who loves jelly ? Answer... Everyone I know. I guess when it comes to jelly, there are two types of people. 1. Those who make jelly for their children or grandchildren 2. Those for whom eating it, is a glorious reminder of childhood - jelly and ice cream was a must for any party or celebration. Actually I have discovered a third type. Those who are on a diet (sorry to use that word) and who have re discovered the delights of jelly, via a sugar free version. So what type am I ? Definately 2 and most recently 3. So, tell me about this jelly ? It is made by Hartley's who are ...  Read the complete review

I recently returned to Weight Watchers, I need to lose about 2 stone and I have managed to follow the regime quite well so far. However there are times when I just feel the need for something sweet, I have got over the craving for chocolate but sometimes I just want something sweet, so Hartleys Sugar Free Jelly has been a godsend to me. This jelly comes in a two pack of granules to be made up. It is very easy to make the jelly up, measure out a half pint of boiling water and stir the granules in. I have experimented a bit with this, I have tried adding the water to the granules and the granules to the water and to my surprise found that adding the granules to ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Hartley's Sugar Free Raspberry Jelly Crystals: Hartleys sugar free jelly crystals (355 words)

Hartleys suger free jelly crystals sounded perfect for a sweet low calorie snack. I love jelly and have done since i was little however something i didnt like was the calories this sugary product contains. I like to watch my weight and when i feel like snacking try and find healthy alternatives. I already like sugar free sweets and drink so when i noticed the sugar free hartleys jelly when shopping decided to give it a go. The crystals come in little individual sachets and are easy to rip open. They didnt look as appertising as the traditional rubbery cubes of jelly as these are dry and small granules. However the smell when i opened the packet was ...  Read the complete review
