Advantages: Tasty

Disadvantages: Small and choc full of calories

~What is it?~
It is a chewy cereal bar with toffee pieces, it contains oats, wheat, rice, condensed milk and cereals, and they come in a box of small 22g 9 bars, in either toffee, milk chocolate or white chocolate for about 1.60 (buy 1 get 1 free at tesco right now)

~Is it nice?~
They are quite tasty, not as chewy as I normally like my cereal bars, and certainly not big enough to be filling, but they are tasty, they are more crispy than chewy I would say. They are very sweet, maybe too sweet, it does make them a little sickly.

But they tell you weird facts on the wrapper such as "women blink nearly twice as often as men" so you learn as you eat, or eat as you learn.

~Calories~
Per bar there is 89 calories, now that's a lot of calories for a 22g bar, but it seems to be kind of average for cereal bars, and since you would eat this as a little breakfast, or a mid morning snack it isn't too bad.

~In conclusion~
They are very tasty, but not my favourite, they need to be bigger with less calories (impossible), but since I am eating one right now, I can't complain. If you want a little snack, then this snacks for you.

Summary: Not bad, if you like that kind of thing
