After living a sheltered life and simply having plain old turkey and the complimentary vegetables every year for Christmas i decided it was time to take my taste buds to a place they have never been. Ok a bit extreme, this is no galaxy far far away but this was a big risk, i could have potentially ruined my Christmas dinner. So for the first time in a life time i doused my turket in cranberry sauce, the whole concept seemed weird, cranberry is a fruit and turkey is poultry *shrugs* but i was brave so got on with it.
