Now that the clocks have gone back and the nights are drawing in, there's nothing better than a bowl of soup to beat the winter blues, with some thick, chunky bread for mopping up of course! My Favourite soup is Heinz Cream of Tomato soup and we usually have it with a little fresh basil on top to give it that little bit of extra flavour.
