Don't just confine Heinz Cream of Tomato soup to the back of the cupboard it is a great quick and tasty snack whether you are in a hurry or not. If you have a microwave where you work just take a can of soup and a couple of slices of bread and butter and you have a filling lunchtime meal which has not just cost you a fortune.

When you think of how much a 300g tin of soup costs (around 60p in the supermarket), it is a very cheap meal. It also does not "hit" on the calories at only 57 per 100 grams. It is also suitable for those on a gluten free diet and is suitable for vegearians.

With no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives it is also a great one to give kids for tea at the end of a hard day at school!
