Advantages: The reduced sugar and salt

Disadvantages: Somewhat waterier than the normal variety

I have been using these beans for sometime now and now can no longer eat the normal ones as they taste too sweet. I guess its like taking sugar in your tea...... Admittedly when you first eat them you do notice the different but after a time you get used to them.
Even my children eat them to without any quibbles.
My only bugbear with them is that they seem to be very watery. i am not sure if they actually put less beans in, but when you open a tin of the lower s & s ones its half liquid and all the beans are at the bottom. maybe its because the sauce isn;t as thick and therefore does not suspend the beans aswell, but why would this happen?
All i say is give them a go, its a good way of reducing your sugar and salt intake and a very healthy snack.
in fact they are free on Slimming world on a green day... so fill your boots.

Summary: A healthier alternative to a great british delight, with all the taste.
