Having gone on a low salt diet to help lower my blood pressure and keep it down I was quite interested when I spotted that Heinz have introduced a reduced salt and sugar version of their Tomato Ketchup. I do like Heinz Tomato Ketchup and tend not to buy any other brand and, although I use it sparingly, I thought it might be helpful to try out the reduced salt version as it would help me to have some seasoning on my food without loading it with salt. Ever since my son had his first taste of Tomato Ketchup when he was a young boy he's been addicted to the stuff and for years he had it on almost everything he ate! Well, as he's gotten a bit older he's gradually reduced his tomato ketchup intake, but I still need to have it in the house for when he needs it, plus hubby likes it on his burgers! I am addicted to Tomato Ketchup but know that it must be really bad for me. When I saw this Reduced Salt And Sugar Ketchup I asked mum to buy it as I thought it would slightly improve my diet (and everyone elses).
