I'm not mad keen on a lot of the Weight Watchers soups but I love this Carrot And Lentil one because it's so filling and yummy. It's bright orange and tastes exactly the same if you warm it up in a saucepan or nuke it for a couple of minutes. The soup is bright orange and looks like it's going to have a strong carrot flavour, you can see that there are loads of lentils in the soup and they look nice mixed in with the soup. It tastes proper warming and has got a rich vegetable flavour, it's weird because it doesn't actually taste of carrots but you can tell there are loads of them in it. After trying a can of the clear chicken and noodle soup from Weight Watchers which I can only call a somewhat traumatic experience I decided that I would not try anything new for a while when using up my Weight Watchers stockpile of soups and went for one of my old faithful; Carrot and Lentil. In this cold wintery weather, I often find I crave hot, comforting food . Now, most of the time I have time to cook something from scratch, but sometimes, I'm pushed for time and can't be bothered , so having a cupboard full of quick fixes and tins is handy.
