Advantages: Decent size chicken slices. Very tasty creamy sauce

Disadvantages: None

Alot of people think that low fat food is low in taste and low in quality. In some cases this would be true but not with this.

This product comes in a handy plastic tray that you can just pop into the microwave and eat it straight out of that. This minumizers washing up. I eat one for my dinner at work because it is quick, easy and convinient.

This meal consists of chicken breast slices in a creamy sauce with carrots, peas and mushrooms, topped with crispy potatoes.

The meal has 274 calories and less than 3% fat which equals to 4.5 weight watchers points value.

They can be stored in the fridge or freezer and can be cooked from frozen.

They can be cooked in the oven or in the microwave.

Microwave-In a 750 watt microwave you will need to cook on full power for 8 minutes and allow to stand for one minute.

Oven-Cook at 200 degrees c for 40-45 minutes and then allow to stand for a minute.

Prices of this mean vary from differnt shops but it is usually about £1.50. Some shops have special offers available.

This is one that is definately worth a try and I would recommend to anyone

Summary: Have with some bread to have as a main meal

I really like this meal, I sometimes cook up some green beans or cauli to go with it if I'm having it for a main meal just to bulk it up a little.
