Heinz Weight Watchers Mediterranean Tomato & Vegetable Soup

When I am trying to lose a little weight in the winter I often have soups at lunchtime instead of the school meals I get given. I want something warm at lunch if I am going to be outside playing with the children. I often choose Heinz wieghtwatchers tomato and vegetable soup. I buy mine at tescos but these soups are available many places cost 44p per tin tesco are 3 for £1 at the mo. The weigh watchers tin is recognisable by the labelling in blue and white These tins contain 295g its a fairly small tin but contains enough to fill a mug, just enough for lunch.
