... There is an image of the soup on the front of can. This image shows the soup is a brown colour and chunky with pieces of potato floating in it. Being honest looks less than appealing but it is the taste than matters after all. The heating instructions on the can says the soup takes 2 minutes 30 seconds in a 700W microwave. I give the soup 1 minute 30 seconds, stirred and then another minute. This soup is extremely thick and probably needs another 30 seconds longer than stated to ensure it is fully heated through. ...more

I'm not actually eating the Weight Watcher's soups to lose weight or because I am counting calories. Firstly Mr Lools filled my cupboards with these soups as they were on special offer so firstly I am trying to use this stock up. Secondly my current uncomfortable pregnant state means that I can't face large meals and have to graze, therefore soup makes a great pre lunch snack and the Weight Watchers range are the perfect size for that and also quite light unlike most normal brands of soup which are just too much.
