After having such a successful experience with the Weight Watchers Tuna and Mayonnaise filler, I decided to give the other flavours a try, one of which being the Tuna with Tomato and Herb Dressing. I thought that the tomato was going to create a peculiar combination with the tuna, but nevertheless I tried it anyway, and was not at all disappointed! This was not a cheap purchase, at £1.80 for just three cans at Asda, so I could only hope they were worth of such a pricey label. After positioning my bread ready for it to meet the filling, I peeled back the ring pull on the little can. The can itself held 80g of filling, and looked quite dainty and cute. ... Working for a body building company you would probably think that I am a fitness fanatic. The answer to that particular question is no, I go through phases, especially during the winter when I have no motivation, can't be bothered to train at the gym and often pile on the pounds. However, that time of year has come where my motivation has returned, after having a couple of sunbeds and thinking I need to lose a few pounds I have started my diet again. Out the window has gone any form of take away, no more wine or cider, vodka has become the substitute and healthy eating, small but very often to accompany my training regime. I don't often eat weight ... Read the complete review

Tuna? With Tomato and Herbs? I decided to give it a go after all I do like quite alot of Weight Watchers food. I bought a pack of three tins from my local supermerket for 1.79 not a bad price for three meals you expect to pay a little bit more than other brands because it is Weight Watchers. The carton tells you all about the nutritional facts and I thought 8o calories and 0.2g of saturated fats was pretty good I really do have a thing about saturated fats now that I am trying to lower my cholesteral level. Made with good old John West Tuna boy oh boy it is bound to be tasty! Put some low fat spread on my two slices of ... Read the complete review

Weight Watchers Tuna in Tomato and Herb Dressing........... After trying to loose a little bit of weight I thought I would try buying more low fat low calorie product in my weekly shop so there are not so many temptations in my cupboard when it comes to meal times. I paid a little under £2 for four tins of the said tuna and tomato herb dressing which came in a cardboard package which held the four tins in nicely. The tins are small in size but each hold a nice enough amount of the tuna and tomato mix. The tin hold 80 grams and this is made up from 45% tuna and 23% tomato and a mix of other smaller amount of ingredients such as peppers, ... Read the complete review

If you have read my Princes Slimming World Tuna review then you will know that I am not normally a great lover of tuna as I always find it to be a dull type of fish dish. Quite dry in fact unless smothered in some kind of oil. Good for you, I know, but not very appetising. A while back whilst browsing in the supermarket, I caught sight of a pack of three tins of tuna called "Weightwatchers from Heinz" so I decided to take a closer look. I picked up the tomato & herb variety and took a closer look at the contents section. I always look immediately at the nutrional information and check ... Read the complete review
