I was cuddled up on the sofa one Saturday night enjoying my favourite tipple, Dooley's Toffee Liqueur on ice, if you have not tried this it's a Creamy blend of vodka and yes, toffee! Retailing at about £12 for a 70cl bottle i began to think they must be a way to make my own toffee vodka drink and save myself a few quid.
