Advantages: yummy, yummy , and more yummy

Disadvantages: watch the calories, easily become addictive

I have enjoyed experimenting with milkshakes, smoothies and yoghurt drinks all my life and thought I would share some of my concoctions with you dooyoo guys and gals! I hope you have not got a full stomach else you will have to turn away now. These are all scrummy and yummy and will keep the little ones entertained for a while. See if you enjoy these as much as I do.

These recipes are delicious. Alternatively add cream or yoghurt instead of or as well as milk for different tastes!!! Also double the ingredients for thicker or more servings!

Hiya Sweet !

I do hope you didn't try all of these at once ? A bellyache and rotten teeth would have resulted !
I know your not that daft though !
It's the kinda thing i'm likely to have done though !

Can't see me trying these, coz i can't be arsed getting up and doing stuff, (god, the effort!).

But if i do i'll let ya know !

Hugs, disturbed dude !
