Advantages: Taste Good, Healthy, Homemade

Disadvantages: High calorie, You have to spend time to make it

After reading the recipes of some mouthwatering drinks tempted to share few more with you. Not very fond of non-alcoholic drinks but still have few interesting recipes to entertain some of my decent health conscious guests. Theses are variants of some popular drinks and I have chosen some funny names.

Hey, any Food or Drink ought to have proper Dress Up. It’s important to me because my guests deserve the best.

Want to try this mock-tails?

1. Kids’ CHI CHI

Take 150 ml Pineapple Juice + 30 ml Coconut Cream + 1 cup crushed Ice + Crushed Sugar (to taste) in a blender. Blend the all at high speed. Pour the mixture in a tall glass.

Serve with a Pineapple Slice pierced in a cocktail stick in a tall glass.

2. Honey with Banana

Take in a blender 1 teaspoon honey + pieces of banana + 120 ml cold milk + 30 ml condensed milk. Blend at low speed until smooth to avoid frothing. Pour into a tall glass.

I do not prefer to have very thick milkshake so adjust quantities of milk and banana as per your choice.

3. Dusky Lady

100 ml Chilled milk + 1 tsp Nescafe + 1 tsp sugar + crushed ice in a shaker and shake well. Pour it in tall glass and add 50 ml Coke in it and mix gently.

Add a scoop of ice-cream of smooth texture of your choice before serving.

4. Muscular 2+

In a tall glass take 150 ml warm milk + 30 ml condensed milk + pinch of kesar and mix well. Serve with small pieces of nuts on the top of the glass.

Kesar (Saffron) is one of the world’s most expensive spices. Saffron is very popular spice in India for flavor and color. So it should be available in some Indian shops in Europe. Saffron
adds a distinctive flavor and aroma. The fibers of saffron should be soaked in warm milk for about ten minutes before use – this concentrate mix may be added

to the drink before mixing.

5. Babe in Scarlet

Mix 150 ml of cold milk with 30 ml (some may like to have more) of Rooh Afza in a tall wide mouth glass. Add a scoop of ice-cream on the top. Serve the glass on a plate with a suitable spoon.

Rooh Afza – is a famous brand name of Indian Rose Syrup. Must be available in some Indian shop. May try other brands.

I hope you will like some of these non-alcoholic drinks.
