One of my presents last year was being a member of the Hotel Chocolate tasting club. There is a tasting club for both milk chocolate and dark chocolate lovers. As well as the classic and dark selection there is now a solid selection as well. You pay £9.74 for the first box of chocolates and around £15 for each box of chocolates after that you receive through the post and you can choose to have the chocolates as often as you wish. To start with I was getting sent a box every month and then I changed it to receive a box every two months. To start with even though I had changed this they still sent me a box the next month so it is as if they need a ... Read the complete review

I love eating chocolate! You probably already know this if you have read my last review, and now you probably think that this is all I do. My excuse - it's Christmas, and we've been given loads, and now I can turn my bad habbit into something useful - a dooyoo review! It was the turn of the in-laws to visit during this festive period and yet again my mother in-law came up trumps. She really is a wonderful woman. Out of her bag of goodies she produced a huge 630g 'CHRISTMAS 2008 CLASSIC' box of chocs from Hotel Chocolat's Tasting Club (she is a member). Before I embark on a frenzied chocolate tasting session I thought you might like to know about ... Read the complete review

I joined the Chocolate Tasting Club as there was a £5 off your first box cashback offer on Quidco, and as the first box is £9.95 anyway, I thought it was great value for money. The boxes are sent via Royal Mail, and fit through the letterbox. After the first box the monthly boxes ae £17.95. This is pretty steep. There are usually around 24 chocolates in the box, making them 75p each. I never like all of them, as so many are nuts, which probably means I pay closer to £1.30 per chocolate. The Chocolate Tasting Club started off as a catalogue based business in 1993, and expanded into the tasting club in the late 1990s. I first became a ... Read the complete review

~~~Hotel Chocolate~~~ For those of you that have not had the pleasure of visiting Hotel Chocolate, they are a British company that make their own brand of exclusive authentic chocolates. I have been lucky enough to have received some gifts from their shop in Manchester and I have also purchased some things myself for my partners birthday last year. They can seem quite expensive but you are paying extra for quality and personally I would only ever by their chocolates for special occasions and treats. In my opinion its not the type of chocolate you keep in your cupboard everyday. ~Tasting Club: A few weeks ago I received a voucher for ... Read the complete review
I love chocolate - quite a lot in fact . So, when a neighbour joined the Chocolate Tasting Club, she gave me a little slip so I could also join if I wanted to . Oh yes, I certainly DID want to! Hotel Chocolat have even more of a passion for chocolate than I do. They work with master chocolatiers, sourcing wonderful ingredients from all over the world to create the most unusual, original and of course, delicious chocolates they can, which they sell both in stores and online via their website . Of course, a look at their website reveals a huge array of chocolates , and making a decision on which to purchase can be difficult, as they are priced to reflect their ... Read the complete review
