Huntsman

Me and my mum went on a bit of a fact finding mission to a posh deli in town last week. My mum wants to find some interesting alternatives to the normal cheese she puts on the cheeseboard on Xmas day and as soon as we tried this Huntsman cheese we decided it HAD to be included because it's so yummy. The deli we got ours from sells it a bit different to the picture Dooyoo have up, instead of the bottom layer being Stilton they have used the Double Gloucester for both the top and the bottom which means there are 3 layers of this and just 2 Stilton. Recently I have become a huge cheese fan, I've always liked cheese and there is generally loads of different types in the fridge. However, having the same cheese can be quite boring after a while so I am now always on the look out for different cheeses especially from across the continent.
