My favourite when I go to a nice fresh sandwich bar is Chicken Tikka, the supermarkets just don't get it quite right. It has to have just the right amount of spice, big taste and nice and moist with some lettuce for crunch. Whenever I go into Iceland I buy their Chicken Tikka pieces to make my own, which I have to say is rather good! You'll find them in the chilled section and one box costs just £1 and contains enough for about 3 sandwiches I'd say, although I always test a few pieces along the way too.
