For that party at my house just before Christmas, yeah the one you did not get an invite too, well I bought a 75 piece Tex Mex Combo Platter - cost me £5.

I bought these at our local Iceland shop put them in my freezer bag placed them in my freezer at home till I needed them.

I usually prepare and cook my own foods but this year I just wanted it easy. In this box of food there is 25 Cajun Mushrooms,25 Hot & Spicy Jumbo Wedges,25 Chilli Onion Rings and a
Salsa Dip.

It was easy to prepare and cook. I opened the salsa sauce put it in a pot. I just emptied the bags of food onto cooking trays and followed the instructions took less than 10 minutes to cook.

I then arranged them in a serving dish and the guests dug in. The Cajun mushrooms were good a nice size just bite size. The wedges were ok, slightly spicy. These were easy to dip into the dip which to be honest I was not keen on others liked it though. The onion rings were good with a light chili taste so quite spicy.

Yes this platter was satisfactory not brilliant but good enough for a party of friends, saved me the hassle of preparing and cooking.

Summary: A n easy party platter
