 ... though, these are sooooo yummy! For £2.00 you get 24 spring rolls, 12 of them are Oriental flavour and the other 12 are Sweet Chilli. You cook them in the oven for about 10 mins and they smell lovely as they're cooking. When I took them out of the oven I saw they had leaked shedloads of fat onto the baking tray so I put them on kitchen roll before I put the spring rolls onto a plate. Ages ago my mum was given a £100.00 Iceland voucher so she kept hold of it for Xmas because we don't shop in Iceland. Now Xmas is coming she's doing the usual thing of trying out all the party food so that we will end up with all good stuff when the day comes around. She's kept £50.00 of the voucher for the main Xmas shopping and the rest of it is being spent on stuff for us to sample, it's been a good couple of weeks because we've eaten that much nice munchy stuff that I'll be full up by Xmas Eve I reckon! lol She picked these Vegetable Spring Rolls up and I thought they'd be rank because a lot of this sort of food in Iceland is mega greasy. I gave a pre Christmas party at home this year and bought some nibbles from Iceland. I bought some vegetable spring rolls. These cost 3 packs of 24 rolls for £5 or £2.00 for a single 24roll pack. When I opened the card pack there were 2 bags each with 12 rolls about the size of a large finger. One pack was sweet chilli flavoured one was oriental flavoured. I cooked these spring rolls in a hot oven for about 15 minutes then presented them on a plate. They looked quite attractive a golden brown.
