If you have a family of four, you might get one meal out of it, which could be a problem. I'm not a fan of Jamie Oliver by any stretch of the imagination - in fact I find him incredibly irritating! So I'm not sure why I picked this pasta sauce up - I think it was more because I was intrigued by the chilli aspect of it, and it did look quite nice. The jar isn't particularly big, but then it's a little on the spicy side so you'd probably use less. It has a pale yellow/ivory label advertising it as Jamie Oliver's Fiery Tomato and Chilli Pasta Sauce. Nothing too exciting or original here, but then it's the inside that counts. I'm not one to fall for celebrity products or endorsements, no matter how much I do want to marry the celebrity in question, but I am one for a bargain so when I spotted Jamie Oliver's pasta sauces on offer in Tesco for 89p rather than their usual £1.79 I snapped one up. There are five varieties of pasta sauce in the range: Aubergine and Olive; Olive, Garlic and Tomato; Tomato and Basil; Red Onion and Rosemary and Tomato and Chilli. Tesco stock on this particular day meant it was a choice between the Tomato and Basil and the rather more exciting sounding Tomato and Chilli, so I went for the latter.
