John West Boneless Sardines in Tomato Sauce

I love sardines in tomato sauce but I don't like picking the bones out. I'm not one of those people who can merrily mash the bones into the sardines and eat them so in the past I've spent a good 15 minutes carefully pulling out all the bones before I eat the sardines which not only takes time but is messy.
