John West Tuna Slices in Sunflower Oil ========================= A snacky type food that is extremely healthy for you. ~~~~~~ Packaging ~~~~~~ It comes in a small green and yellow tin with the obligatory ring pull. Be careful the top is devilishly sharp. I usually have a tin in my bag when working nights. Great when you want something easy and quick. ~~~~ Taste ~~~~ They have that real fishy smell to them and once on toast are simply delicious to eat. My wife and I sometimes have a tin for lunch. I have had a couple of weeks off my diet as I had got to the stage where I wasn't losing any more weight so I thought I would up my calorie intake and eat what I wanted for a couple of weeks to get my metabolism going again. Now two weeks later I have kicked into my diet again, eating healthy, plenty of protein, cut back on carbohydrate's and now I am beginning to see some results again.
