Advantages: A tasty selection of flavours- also available in strawberry and crunchy and very chunky nut variety

Disadvantages: Raspberries are a tad sharp- nut variety defenitely not for anyone with allergies!!!!!!!!

I am a recent convert to breakfast cereals, usually enjoying a couple of yoghurts before work instead for the last twelve months or so. But recently my generic supermarket had these on offer- £2.23 each or 2 for £3!!- so decided to give these a whirl for a change as I had enjoyed their Frusili and breakfast bars in the past. The cereal comes in different flavours that include Raspberries, Strawberries and Chunky Crunchy Nut. The nutty one is really good eating and is packed with large chunky pieces of nuts the like of which is quite unusual in other cereals that I have experienced over the years (the pieces tend to be quite small in other cereals) but this raspberry variety is defenitely my second favourite. Full of freeze dried raspberries, the remainder of the cereal is comprised of oat clusters that are equally as tasty.

These cereals really do tend to fill me up much more than my yoghurts did previously (even the variety that claim they leave you feeling fuller for longer- bullhickey!) and are actually a delight to eat- so much so that I tend to have larger portions than most people because it is so scrummy. Every bite is a taste sensation and this is, without question, the most flavoursome and value for money cereal that I have eaten in the last few years. At £2.23 a box, it is slightly more expensive than other cereals and, with my big portions, it doesn't last that long but while they stay on offer I will be stocking up!!

If you like cluster cereals, give these a try and you won't be disappointed. Also claims to be good for you, as all cereals seem to do nowadays even coco pops (hmm not likely mate), but I am sceptical about this as these do taste quite sweet to my taste-buds. My only other comment would be that sometimes the freeze dried raspberries can be a tad sharp. Hopefully the strawberry variety, currently lingering in my cupboard, will be just as tasty without some of the sharpness though normally I would prefer raspberry to strawberry. Overall though, this is a very good quality product!

Summary: A good quality cereal that leaves me feeling fuller for longer unlike some yoghurts which claim this
