Twenty three weeks pregnant and the size of a house, that's a fair old description of myself about now. This could well be due to the fact I'm eating everything in sight, with limited exception. Craving after craving, never lasting more than a few hours at a time, I've finally found something that satisfies me in a way nothing else has for a long time. Tinned sardines on a wedge of cheese, topped with sliced gherkin. And when that isn't readily available in the fridge, Jordans Country Crisp comes a close second. Well actually it's in first place, but just didn't sound as good. Jordans Country Crisp - Real Strawberries ... Read the complete review

Jordans Country Crisp My favourite cereal out there. I have been buying this occasionally for a long time and I have to admit it is still as delicious and mouth watering as it was when I was a child! Jordans is a company that makes brands of crunchy oat and nut cereal (similar to muesli) based in Biggleswade in Bedfordshire. In the Country Crisp range, there is a range of flavours: *Strawberry *Raspberry *Chunky Nut *Chocolate *Raisins *Honey Clusters If these do not sound good to you, then you must be hard to please! These delicious flavours are so yummy they make me want to eat the whole ... Read the complete review

I am a huge cereal lover. I can eat up to three bowls a day easily. You can't move in our house for boxes of cereal and the majority of the boxes are Jordans Country Crisp. We first tried them when they were on offer in Asda and we've been hooked ever since. ~Background~ Jordans are a family run company that has been in the milling business for over 150 years, and making wholegrain cereals for over 30 years, and therefore pride themselves on not being "a run-of-the-mill cereal company". They also pride themselves on only using whole grain in their cereals and were in fact being one of the first companies to have made wholegrain breakfast ... Read the complete review

Jordans produce several varieties of Country Crisp. However it is the Country Crisp with strawberries that I am reviewing in particular. The cost of a 500 gram packet is in the region of £1.90 from most supermarkets but it can often be found on offer. The cereal is made by the Jordan family who have been in the milling business for over 150 years. They have been making wholegrain cereals since the 1970s. The Jordan's were one of the first companies to have make wholegrain breakfast cereals. They use the entire grain so that the fibre and nutritious goodness goes straight into the cereals. The quality of the ingredients is evident in this first ... Read the complete review

Overall, I find this a nice and tasty cereal to eat any time of the day or night, served with ice cold skimmed milk. It is a very "oaty" cereal, with a pleasant taste. The levels of sweetness ...
