Advantages: lots of ingredients and taste

Disadvantages: none

I noticed this cereal when shopping the toher day as I am trying to be more healthy and to eat breakfast more. This is a muesli which contains many ingredients including fruits, nuts, bran and wheat. Ingredients include fruit and nuts (raisins, sultanas, pineapple chunks, dates, flame raisins, papaya, coconut chips, banana chips, pumpkin seeds, almonds, pecan nuts and roasted hazelnuts). The textures and flavours are really tasty and is tastes like quite a posh muesli compared to many I have tried.

The packaging is in a blue box, which describes all the ingredients on the outside and some illustrations to attract the customer.

The price of the cereal varies from supermarket to supermarket but its usually aorund a couple of pound for an average sized box and is sometimes on the offers they do.

I would recommend this cereal as its really tasty and is filling and healthy. Try it!

Summary: overall a good tasting cereal with plenty of fruit and nuts
