As somebody who likes to have a relatively healthy and balanced diet, one of the biggest dilemmas I face every single weekend in the supermarket is this: "What will I have for breakfast this week?" During the week, because I have a distinct lack of time, breakfast cereals present the easy option. Or do they? Despite the fact that my Sainsbury's has 1 1/2 aisles full of cereal, picking the right one is not easy. 1.
