This has 248 calories per 40g serving with 220ml semi-skimmed milk, with 7.3g fat, 3.1g of which are saturates. The box states that this has Almonds, Cranberries and Blueberries in, and so looked really nice. I have had cereals before which have claimed to contain fruit, but when you actually get there, it has microscopic flakes, and thatís it! I was pleasantly surprised when I poured this into my bowl and saw the big pieces of dried fruit and nuts, and there were loads of them too.
