      would buy again

This has 248 calories per 40g serving with 220ml semi-skimmed milk, with 7.3g fat, 3.1g of which are saturates.

The box states that this has Almonds, Cranberries and Blueberries in, and so looked really nice. I have had cereals before which have claimed to contain fruit, but when you actually get there, it has microscopic flakes, and that’s it! I was pleasantly surprised when I poured this into my bowl and saw the big pieces of dried fruit and nuts, and there were loads of them too. The oats were really chunky, and swelled up well when cooked with the milk. I found this really filling, and it kept me going until about 1.30 when I had lunch, so I was quite pleased. I didn’t feel like snacking at all in that time.

This was on offer at Tesco for £1.32 (I can’t remember what the original price was I’m afraid) for a 570g box. I would definitely buy this again at this price, and would recommend to anyone wanting a substantial, healthy breakfast.
