After I used Jus-Rol's frozen puff pastry and loved it, I decided to try their frozen filo pastry too. I was reading one recipe book recently which said not to even bother making your own filo, because it's not worth the hassle and the frozen stuff is very good. This was reason enough for me to buy some! I bought this from ASDA's website and it appeared that it is the only frozen filo pastry they sell. Having also checked Tesco it seems again this is the only option, but as mentioned I'd had success with this brand in the past, so I was more than happy to purchase it.
