Since its just millet flakes and rice flakes in a box I did a quick search to see if I could come up with a cheaper "homemade" version. So far it's worked out just as costly to buy the two ingredients separately at all the wholefood places I've tried. Still it's a lot of money for a bowl of porridge. Kelkin Gluten Free Porridge For anyone with a food allergy, intolerance or sensitivity, finding a good variety of readily available, affordable, nutritious, reliable and tasty food is of vital importance. As I'm allergic to both wheat and corn most gluten-free products are of no use to me, because of the presence of corn or corn by-products.
