~Introduction~ They say, that breakfast is by far the most important meal of the day. It is said to give you that burst of energy that kick starts your day and takes you through to lunch. It is a pretty fair comment, because if you eat in the evening at 8 o'clock at the latest and not until midday the follwing day then your meals are 16 hours apart. The body is going to need some sort of energy, as sleeping does require energy. Kellogg's bran flakes. I hope you are going to have a good breakfast before you go to work /school tomorrow, I will I shall probavly be eating Kellogg's special k with red fruit + Kellogg's bran flakes . I find the special k too sweet so I add a few bran flakes and it is scrummy. I usually buy a shops own bran type flake to add to my special k it usually works out cheaper. But Today I have a box of Kellogg's they are now marketed as All bran bran flakes Kellogg is an American based company that produces many breakfast cereals it was founded in 1906. Anyone can dismiss bran-flakes as the cereal for middle-aged health-freaks and 20 somethings on a perpetual diet. NOT SO! I have actually enjoyed bran-flakes as a breakfast cereal for many years and they are a good way to fill-up in the morning. There are various versions out there, notably the supermarket-own brands, but the one-and-only has got to be Kellog's. The texture is much fresher and crunchier than other makes and the taste is unbeatable. They are actually quite versatile as a cooking ingredient, more of which later, but first a note about the excellent nutritional value: as a cereal, it is definitely top-rate and as a whole-food it can form a ... I opened the box, the smell of fresh bran eluminated my face. It was early so this was a rareity in my life. I poured the brown, flaky cereal almost floated into my bowl. I poured the milk onto the cereal. I ate it and it was pure please. Recommended for anyone! Apart from people suffering with excretion problems. I reccomend this to anyone.
