What husband has in his pocket.

W e are going for a walk my husband puts one in his pocket. We are going on a long car journey, my husband puts one in his pocket, we are going to Glastonbury my husband puts on in my [pocket (well my rucksack pocket anyway).
Nutrigain elevenses snack cereal bars.
These are one of our preferred cereal bars we buy then in packs of 6 bars I think they cost £1.54 for a six-pack. They can be bought singly about 35p I think.
MY husband likes the raisin bar. A ginger one has also been purchased I have been eating that as he does not like it so much (the sacrifices I make).

The raisin bar comes in a bright shiny blue purple?y pkt , the ginger in a shiny Amber orange.

The ingredients include wheat flour and oats, milk powder, sugar, and syrup, the raisin one raisins, cinnamon and malt, the ginger, ginger. These bars contain the vitsb6, b12, b1, b2 and iron at 25% of the daily needs per bar.
Each ginger bar contains 170 calories I think the raisin bar has slightly less 160.
The bar weighs 45g

Are they tasty? Yes I think the raisin ones taste a little like malt loaf I love raisins and cinnamon. The ginger ones are a mild ginger I think they are tasty (husband does not) The bars are moist a little more cake like not dry like some other cereal bars I have eaten.

These bars are individually wrapped so they do not make a mess in your pocket; they squash rather than crumble if you sit on them.

These bars are a little moister than other cereal bars.

I think they are perfect for a pkt lunch if you have no time for making sandwiches great for a snack on a long walk in the hills or dales. A convenient source of nutrition.

A great title. :-) I like my cereal as cornflakes with milk on. Not portable unfortunately.
