kelloggs rice krispie squares were designed as a breakfast bar but i think they are better suited as a snack than as a meal each day.

It is a well known fact that cereals are good for us so people just assume that cereal bars like this one are good for us too but this is where people are wrong.

This bar concists of rice krispies coverd and stuck together with a nice sweet chewy caramel that isnt too sticky, it has lovely milk chocolate pieces mixed in with it and a drizzling of milk chocolate on the out side, these taste great they are very sweet and chewy with a nice chocolate taste to them.

Each bar contains 150 calories, 15g of sugar and .3g of fat.

These are the best tasting cereal bar i have tryed but are not exactly healthy for me although i do enjoy them as a treat in the evening instead of snacking on chocolate bars as they are less in calories.

Summary: not as healthy as you may think
