... there is the Coco Pops Monkey, who is the mascot. The Cereal is in a plastic bag inside and seems to stay fresh enough. The price of these are around £2.29 for a 350g box. This Cereal is dark brown like the other Coco Pops but instead of being little Rice type Puffs, these are in the shape of 5 pointed Stars and half moons. The Milk still turns Chocolatey, but there is a hint of Hazelnut in the Cereal. A nice taste to it, but I don't think they had to add the Hazelnut flavouring, as it would taste nice without ...more

Premium Review kellogg's Coco Pops Moons and Stars Cereal: Heavenly Cereal Killer (421 words)

Kellogg's Coco Pops Moons & Stars is a cereal clearly aimed at little kids. Witness the colourful packaging and spectacular TV ads associated with this cereal. Inside the box you'll find the cereal is contained within an inner plastic bag. Once opened the cereal is similar to Coco Pops but instead of just being derived from rice, it is also constituted from wheat and oats. The highly processed mixture is covered in coco powder and has been shaped into small stars and crescent shaped moons. Kellogg's Coco Pops Moons & Stars are a highly processed food with plenty of flavouring and additives. This is necessary because the puffed cereal mixture alone ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Moons and stars... the universe for my little one. (1055 words)

As mentioned previously on many, many occasions, my son has become rather a picky eater, eating very little that I deem good for him, so when he suddenly developed a passion for cereal I was more than pleased I can tell you, hence the product I will now review. The product in question is "Kellogg's coco pops moons and stars" ~~~~~~ THE PACKAGING ~~~~~~ I have to be honest, if it wasn't for the fact that my son was looking out for this cereal at Asda I wouldn't have even noticed it. The reason for this is the packaging at a glance could be a standard "coco pops" box. The box is bright yellow in colour with the ...  Read the complete review

My favourite Cereal is Coco Pops. Over the last couple of years the Coco Pops brand has brought out a few more additions and this is 1 of them. I was wanting to try the new additions, but thought I would still be loyal to the original Coco Pops. The packaging for these is alright. There is still the yellow colour from the other Coco Pops and the writing is in brown. There is a large picture of a bowl of the Cereal and there is the Coco Pops Monkey, who is the mascot. The Cereal is in a plastic bag inside and seems to stay fresh enough. The price of these are around £2.29 for a 350g box. Premium Review Chocolate with a hint of hazelnut. (347 words)

Made by Kellogg's, 'Moons and Stars' is a fairly new addition to the range of breakfast cereals and comes under the Coco Pops banner. They've only been available for a few months, and of course, anything new, my kids have to try! These are chocolate flavoured shapes, with a hint of hazelnut, in the shape of... wait for it... moons and stars! It's a nice idea for the kids, but I do feel these new cereals are somewhat overpriced. It costs just over £2 for a 350g packet, and that doesn't last too long in our house. According to the packet you get appoximately 11 x 30g servings in a box. Well, my daughter usually has at least two bowls a day, one for ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review kellogg's Coco Pops Moons and Stars Cereal: Up in the stars... (213 words)

While I was staying at my mams over the summer, another one of the chocolatey cereals I found my siblings enjoying was the Coco Pops Moons and Stars by Kellogg's. Somehow I ended up trying them, even though I don't like Coco Pops - but was I all that impressed with these though? When you pour them out, you are hit with an instant scent of chocolate - just like coco pops. The Moons and stars are both about the size of a penny, slightly smaller, and are the same chocolate cocoa brown as the original coco pops too. When you add the milk, which soon turns chocolately, the once crunchy cereal soon softens and sharp turns soggy. Though nonetheless, they ...  Read the complete review
