Kellogg's do a lot of cereal aimed at children such as Frosties and Coco Pops. Though I remember, a good few years back now, there was a cereal on the shelves called Disney Hunny Bs. Hunny Bs are winnie the pooh cereal - always a cute thing! The cereal is little B shaped wheat, with a sugary honey coating. As well as this, you could also get the odd pink piglet piece too, which was very cute! These are quite hard but do soften in milk. This is another cereal that can go soggy if left for too long! As a little girl, Winnie the pooh was a favourite of mine and still is today, so it seems only natural that my daughter Gemma would follow suit and love him also. Winnie the Pooh can be found all over our house, in the form of cuddly toys, interactive toys, videos, storybooks and even breakfast cereal. I try to avoid buying too many cereals aimed towards children as I think that they are far less nutritious than other cereals as they contain so much sugar, and also they carry a hefty price tag. The packaging on this product is totally appealing to children. Looking less like a cereal box and more like an over-sized video case. Pooh Bear grins warmly at you as he joyfully helps himself to breakfast from his honey-pot, above him a banner proudly proclaims ?Hunny B?s? and happy bees buzz contentedly around. It is therefore hardly surprising that your children run to you across the supermarket shaking the box under your nose, whilst chanting ?we want Pooh?s breakfast!? You try to be firm and replace it on the correct shelf, then you see it, the red flash stating ?CALCIUM, VITAMINS and IRON.? At this point your resolve might well crumble. ...
