Since I have quite a sweet tooth, one of my favourite cereals has always been Kellogs Frosties. As I've got older, I've tried to cut down the amount of Frosties that I do eat, because of the obvious sugar content. I have recently come across the Kellogs Reduced Sugar Frosties, and I have found it to be a Godsend. Frosties are little flakes of corn, coated in a frosted sugar. The 750g box of Kellogs Reduced Sugar Frosties contains 25 x 30g servings. Kellogg's Reduced Sugar Frosted Flakes aree even better than the ordinary Frosted Flakes. Frosted Flakes are a fantastic breakfast whgich provides you with energy to keep you going through the day. As an added bonus they have the mascot of Tony the Tiger who attracts kids to eating a healthy cereal for breakfast. The only down side to them is that they contain a lot of sugar which is why these reduced sugar flakes are so good.
