I have started college and wanted to find a small product from sainsburys which can satisfy my rumbly tummy at break time. Ive never been a fan of CHOCOLATE snacks for break time because it just makes me feel quite sick and i dont enjoy chocolate as much as i enjoy savoury foods. I spotted this product on the end of an isle and thought ''I havent had nutri-grain in a while.'' So i decided to buy two boxes of these Nutri-Grains Oat baked bar. The packaging is convient and represents the product well. Orange, brown and white colours represent the oaty bar. It also gives a quick brief on the product. ''Deliciously soft and satisfying.'' The totally oaty ... Read the complete review

Nutri-Grain Soft Bake Bar: Nutri-Grain bars are made by Kellogg's and have only 130 calories per bar which makes them ideal as snacks on my diet. I nearly always buy the blueberry flavoured one which is my absolute favourite but I have been known to try of the others, I think I have probably tried them all apart from the apple one which contains cinnamon which I am allergic to. Nutri-Grain bars normally sit with the cereal bars in shops but I think they stand out somewhat because the packing is fresh and modern. These are clearly aimed at us grown ups with the half white half coloured, (blue for blueberries, green for apples etc), foil packets. I ... Read the complete review

The Nutri-grain oat baked bars were recommended to me by my Mum, who told me they were a scrummy afternoon snack and so, as Mums are rarely wrong (about anything it seems!) I thought I'd give them a try. I bought them from Sainsbury's in a box of six at a cost of £2.25, which I must admit I thought was quite pricey. However, when you consider that each bar weighs in at a fairly hefty 50g the cost then of around 38p each doesn't seem that bad at all. The packaging is good, the distinct Kellogg's logo is present on both the outer box and the inner individually wrapped bars, making me immediately think of cornflakes. Ingredient list and nutrition info ... Read the complete review

I shall be working on our stall on Llandudno seafront on Sunday selling lifeboat souvenirs and as the stall is open from 8am until 6pm I needed some food and drink to take with me that wouldn't ruin my diet which is still going well. I was in town today emptying some of our lifeboat collecting boxes and I popped into Londis to see if I could get some good ideas. They had a display of individual oat and grain bars so I chose five different ones and although they weren't all low calorie versions I decided that they would be better than chocolate bars! The one I really liked the look of was the Kellogg's Nutri Grain Oat Baked Bar Totally Oaty and I ... Read the complete review
