When I first saw that these small bags by one of my favourite cereal companies (Kellogg's) were less than one hundred calories each and come in a citrus flavour, I jumped at a bag (Literally and got quite a few stares in the supermarket). To be honest I had quite high expectations - were they met? Packaging They come in small, white bags with the brand name, the prodcut name and the nutritional information of the back - nothing special, functional and clear. Kellogg's claim that these small bites can help beat cravings and stop you snacking on rubbish during the day, a very appealing promise. Well I'm still on the quest to find that ultimate feel good low fat snack! The latest I have tried is this new one from Special K - zesty lemon mini breaks. You get 24 grams in a small packet which is absolutely ideal for putting in your handbag, so it's an ideal snack for if you are out and about! On the packet it says that they are 'perfect for nibbling' so if you are the sort of person who likes to 'graze' all day you might want to try these. You can buy 5 bags in a box. It says on the packaging that they are made from golden oats, wheat and rice that is baked into deliciously crunchy thin biscuit bites.
