Being an old man now I try to keep myself in shape as best I can so I can see out my time as fit as is possible and perhaps even prolong my time on gods green earth. One way in which I try to look after myself is to eat healthy and in doing so I like to start my day off with a bowl of cereal and a fruit juice. I have my preferred cereals (they are the rather mundane Cornflakes and Rice crispies) but I do like to try other things. When her indoors returned from shopping one day sporting a box of Kellogg's Special K Sustain I was quick to try them but did not like what I tried at all. The flakes in Special K Sustain are made with brown rice and ... Read the complete review

My Mum always said Breakfast was the most important meal of the day. And quite rightly as it has been proved that we work better after food, but eating the right food is important. I used to enjoy Muesli for breakfast until I found the oats upset my stomach after losing part of my bowel when I developed some tumours. Now I eat Special K and have done for several years, so when I spied Kellogg's Special K Sustain on offer at a local supermarket I popped a box in the trolley to try it. I've always enjoyed eating Kelloggs Special K as a breakfast cereal and have probably been very loyal to the product over the years. I have occasionally tried another cereal but have always returned to Special K as I enjoy the taste and the fact that it is good for you as well. With all of this in mind, I was really looking forward to trying the new Special K Sustain cereal particularly as it promises to fill you up more and curb your appetite between meals! Well this would be a godsend for anyone trying to stick to a diet. That is of course if it works! Read on..... The first thing to mention is that, at least in my local Sainsburys, Special K Sustain only ... Read the complete review

Kellogg's Special K cereal was available in only one variety a few years ago . This product was low in calories, had a somewhat bland taste and was a little pricey .It was usually marketed with dieters in mind , although anyone could eat it obviously . In common with many cereals ,the Special K range, has had quite a few different types added to it . It now includes cereal bars and more tasty cereals . However they all are still low calorie .I recently have been buying Kellogg's Special K Sustain from my local Netto for £2 for a 375g box . This works a little more costly than other cereals but represents quite good value for Special K ... Read the complete review

Seems everyone is at it everyone except me that is. With all the fuss over the nations apparent health problems, what with obesity, heart conditions, and of course smoking Kellogg's have jumped on the band wagon and who have they got to hype up their sales none other than Ian Wright, football pundit ex player and all round good guy. He's on a mission to fit up the youngsters and anyone else who cares to participate. Well I'm not really up for all that but I will partake of one of the products which is in the Kellogg range and is supposed to be good for you,.......they are all good for you they all have added nutrition, added vitamins, less salt, ...
