I always love nuts and anything crunchy, so this cereal is just perfect for me. Who wouldn t know Kellogg s? A company which is so famous for making cereals. Although the price is more expensive than other brands, it s just because the quality is higher. Sick of other plain ordinary cereals? It s time to try Kellogg s Crunchy Nut Cluster. ... love nuts, yes, I really do. Not only are they tasty but just a little bit of them can keep me full for a few hours. Therefore, I always adore the combination of nuts and other ingredients in food especially chocolate & nuts and of course, flakes & nuts. Kellogg s is a big brand of cereals. Although their cereals are normally higher than other cereals, the taste are better, too. I ve tried many different kinds of cereals and this one is one of my favorite. As I mentioned in one of my reviews, I don t eat cereals for breakfast because it doesn t fill me up, I tend to eat them more as a snack. ... it comes to cereals, I don t know which words can be used to describe myself. I normally don t consider cereals to be eaten as a meal (it s breakfast to many people), I eat them as a snack, I can eat cereals without any milk, no problem & can eat cereals all day without feeling full, no matter how high in fiber the cereals claim to contain. I can eat the whole box - 500g in 2 days (as a snack). However, although cereal is considered to be good for you (I mean low-sugared cereals, of course), it does contain calories (normally 350kcal for 100g), and no matter how good the food is, eating too much will lead to weight gain anyway.
