Being in Mexico has done wonders for the variety of foods I eat, and I shall be returning to the UK a much less fussy eater than when I left a year ago. As I began to eat a better selection, I also began to learn more about the different nutrients in foods and so on, and decided a little more fibre in my diet would be a good thing.
