... what with it being called 'Crunchy NUT Clusters' but I never noticed! I don't like nuts unless they are covered in flavouring so I guess this is why I don't mind them in this cereal. They aren't very noticeable. There is a good amount of chocolate curls, but most of them seem to end up at the bottom of the box, so your last bowl of cereal is mostly chocolate curls and dust! But they add a really nice creamy sweet taste to the cereal. There has been an advert on recently advertising Crunchy Nut Clusters and ...more

I can be quite a fussy eater and this is definitely my cereal of choice! 'Crunchy multi-grain cereal, peanut & honey clusters with milk chocolate curls'. It comes in quite a small box (500g) and as it costs around £2.60 a box I think it is expensive! So it is a breakfast treat that I have when it is on offer. Tesco seem to reduce it to £2 fairly often. It is only by looking for the description on the box that I have realised it has peanuts in! I'm not normally a fan of cereal, even if I do eat cereal it tends to be on an evening rather than for breakfast. I was shopping in Tesco this afternoon and I saw that these were on offer - £2 for 500g rather than £2.60ish. I've seen them advertised on the television quite a lot lately and they do look appetising, so I decided to give them a go. PACKAGING The box they come in is very distinctive. Yellow and orange with the name on in large writing. It was very easy to spot on the shelf. Like all good cereals, there is an inner bag to keep the cereal fresh. CEREAL Upon opening the box, it seemed to be about two thirds full of ...  Read the complete review

Kelloggs Crunchy Nut Clusters with Milk Chocolate Curls are a bit of an expensive purchase at £2.68 for a small 500g box. Normally I think Kellogg's products justify this kind of price tag, but unfortunately I didn't think it was the case with this cereal. I chose it as my free box using a voucher from a recent promotion. Under normal circumstances I would have been a bit put off by the price tag, but having a coupon for a free box made me decide to take the plunge and try something a bit more special than our usual Cornflakes and Rice Krispies. My first impression of this cereal was very good. I looked in my bowl and saw generous amounts of ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Not Another Crunchy Nut (307 words)

I recently got some crunchy nut clusters and am throughly impressed they have quickly moved up to being one of my favourite cereals. Crunchy nut cluster are made fromdecent sized clusters of oats wheat and corn which taste really good and the one thing that stood out for me is that they don't go soggy like other cereal, they stay fairly crisp. Not forgetting also included in the cereal are chocolate curls made from milk chocolate, they complement and add to the flavour of the cluster brilliantly and gives te cereal that something extra that it might get boring without. The one thing that i did find was the box was a bit small for my liking, ...  Read the complete review

I had a birthday recently and this was one of the things that I got. Weird? No actually. I love cereal so much and I happened to mention to my hubby that I'd like to try this. The likelihood of me going out and buying a box for myself is very thin so my hubby did it for me! I'm not one for buyIng brand names but these did look very tempting on the advert. They are made by Kelloggs so I knew they weren't going to be cheap at all. When I was next in Sainsburys I did have a sneaky peek at the price and I was right, they cost £2.59 for 500g. The cereal consists of oats and crunchy nut cornflakes that are squashed together to make big 'Clusters' or ...  Read the complete review
