Introduction This week on the shopping trip, we fancied somehting a bit different to the normal Frosted Shreddies and these caught my eye. We tend to buy Kelloggs, not because we are snobs but because thats what we have!!! If you don't know Kelloggs, they are a vey famous cereal company and they make an excellent start to a busy day. Packing As most cereals, Frosted Wheat come in a cardboad box but the actual cereal is in a plastic bag inside this. There are 12 servings inside this but it depends how much you eat! I love cereals and have recently again been trying various different ones. One of the cereals I've sampled is Kelloggs frosed Wheats. They are made by Kelloggs which are a well known brand. Therefore they can be found in all supermarkets including Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury's. They can often be found in smaller shops too and little newsagents. Often they are served up at hotels and bed and breakfasts but I've only come across this once and they were in their own little box which came from a multi pack. They can be found in the cereal aisle alongside the other Kelloggs cereals. These particular ones were right next to the bite size shredded wheat. ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Kellogg's Frosted Wheats: The only Frost I want this at this time of year! (602 words)

I'm always looking for something a little different for breakfast, ideally something both myself and my granddaughters' will enjoy to save me having to have a cupboard full of different cereals for each of us at the weekend. I hadn't seen Kelloggs Frosted Wheats before, although I believe they have been available for some time now, but knew from the box that this cereal would be something we would all like - me because the cereal itself looks similar to the lovely Shredded Wheat, and the girls' because it's coated in a delicious looking sugar frosting. The cereal itself looks like the Mini Shredded Wheat you can buy and indeed tastes the same too. ...  Read the complete review

This used to be sold under the name of Toppas back in the 80s and early 90s but was taken off the shelves and then re-branded and produced under the name of Frosted Wheats to fall into line with the rest of the world. I was intitially under the impression that this ceral was made by the same company that makes Shredded Wheat but in fact that is made by Nestle and surprisingly Kelloggs doesn't actually have a plain wheat cereal. They do have one other variety of this called Raisin Wheats but I am still surprised that they don't have their own version of Shredded Wheat, mini-sized or not. The box itself is bright red so I can always spot it pretty quickly if in ...  Read the complete review

I bought these earlier ths week as part of a mini cerial pick and mix offer in Morrisons. 5 mini cerials for £1.50. I had never tryed these before s thought id give them a go. The packaging is mainly red with the 'Kelloggs' logo at the top, the weight of the product weight was there also (45g). 'Frosted Wheats' is clearly labelled on the front of the box in red funky writing with a yellow banner behind it. This really suits the presentation of the box. Below this, there is a photo of what the frosted wheats look like. This is a very accurate picture. For those that are unsure of what these are, or not sure if you'd like them, they are ...  Read the complete review
