I like cereal very much and always have a bowl for either my breakfast or my supper. Frosties are one of my favourite cereals and have been for many years. To describe a Frostie I have to make the obvious comparison to cornflakes because they are very similar in looks and taste. The Frosties flakes are quite small and they make a lovely tinkling noise as I pour them into my bowl. Frosties are coated in sugar and this is what makes them so nice to eat. When I pour the milk on them they go a little bit soft but still stay crunchy for a while. They taste very nice. It is quite a sweet cereal because of the sugar used on the flakes but it ... Frosties are basically cornflakes which are frosted or coated with sugar, you can buy cheaper own label brands but the Kellogg's variety I feel are definitely the best. When taken out of the box they smell great and they make a lovely sound when poured in to a bowl. I like the taste of these so much that in the past when I have had no milk I have eaten them dry from the box like a packet of crisps but undoubtedly they are at their best when some type of milk is added. Breakfast is such an important meal and cereals like this because they are sweet will often appeal to children to make sure they start the day in the best way but this is also the case with ... Frosties is probably the biggest selling cereal and longest running cereal there is. I remember when I was a kid that was all we really ate and it was like a never ending box, but as I got older I realized that the reason it seemed so never ending is because my parents use to buy it a hell of a lot so that we would never be without cereal, and the reason it was frosties was simple, it was the house favorite. When I started to purchase the cereal for my self (for when I have cereal) I realized how pricey it is, I get the 750grams box and it will last for maybe a week and a half maybe 2 weeks, but the cereal is very sentimental to me, also I enjoy the taste. Sometimes ... Read the complete review

Rating:
Kellogg's Frosties are a cereal product consisting of flakes of corn in a sugar coating. They have remained consistently popular ever since their introduction in 1952 and the range now includes 500 gram, 750 gram and 1 kg boxes as well as Frosties cereal bars. Expect to pay around £1.80 for 500 grams and £1.70 for 6 cereal bars. Kellogg's Frosties come in a distinctive large blue coloured rectangular box. The majority of the front is taken up with a picture of Tony the tiger (who has been used as the Frosties mascot ever since their introduction). The kellogg's logo can also be seen, together with the word 'Frosties' written in white. Frosties should be ... Read the complete review

I am worried that I am wading into controversy here, as I notice that everyone has rated Frosties really highly on this website, presumably because these people buy them a lot and enjoy them. Problem is, I can't stand them, but for some reason cannot escape them! I tried Frosties as a child after seeing the adverts with Tony the Tiger telling us how Grrrreeeat they are. Remember the animation of the sparkly Frosties in the bowl? They looked magical. I couldn't hide my disappointment when I actually tried them, as the sugar crusted cornflakes were much too sweet for me, and I have got a sweet tooth! The reason I can't escape them is ...
