I am not really one for making a big deal of breakfast as sometimes when I wake up it can be 1 in the afternoon so then I usually just want to eat lunch. However, when I do have cereal I like to have something that makes me want to eat it in the morning. My last review was of Raisin Wheat's which I do love but the box ran out very quickly, so I soon had to look for a substitute as they had gone back up to their usual price and weren't worth it. Another childhood favourite of mine has always been Frosties, I don't know many people who hate them and they seem to have been around forever. The history of the company is it started in February 1906 when William ... Read the complete review

I like cereal very much and always have a bowl for either my breakfast or my supper. Frosties are one of my favourite cereals and have been for many years. To describe a Frostie I have to make the obvious comparison to cornflakes because they are very similar in looks and taste. The Frosties flakes are quite small and they make a lovely tinkling noise as I pour them into my bowl. Frosties are coated in sugar and this is what makes them so nice to eat. When I pour the milk on them they go a little bit soft but still stay crunchy for a while. They taste very nice. It is quite a sweet cereal because of the sugar used on the flakes but it ... Every evening when I settle down to watch TV I find I have a craving to nibble or crunch on sweet things but as both my daughters have now left home I refuse to buy biscuits as I know I'll eat them all myself. Last night I felt the need for something sweet & was pleased to find some Kellogg's Frosties which looked as if they'd do the job. Hubby came home with a large pack of Kellogg's mixed cereals from Costco & they're slightly bigger than the sort you find in their Variety Packs - 35g per box which is a fairly generous portion. I was pleased to see the good old tiger on the front of the box (how OLD is he I wonder?!) & eagerly opened ... Read the complete review

Mmmmm, sugar coated Frosties. The cereal I loved as a child, but wasn't allowed to have too much of. I always hated corn flakes, finding them far too bland and boring, which not much substance to them, but Frosties were kind of like cord flakes dressed to impress, with a sort of suguary glaze coating that made them sweeter, and feel more substantial. Best served with ice cold milk, over the years I tinkered with different ways to have my Frosties, and I'm sure many of you will find this unnecessary, but a top way to have them is to make them as normal, but then put the bowl in the fridge for five minutes or so. Then take it out and add fresh frosties on ... Read the complete review

Frosties are a fantastic product, with the usual quality from Kelloggs and fantastic taste, they are worth the extra price for the brand as no alternatives come close. The packaging is very bright and easy to read. They are also very easy to open. They quality is always good, but you can sometimes get some flakes that are 'cooked' even more than the others. Also, they are always fresh, and never soft. The cereal has a great smell that will encourage you to have a bowl. They are very tasty but aren't overly sweet. Children will love them but they will also be enjoyed by adults. They have a nice crunch but when the milks sets in they become ... Read the complete review
