Advantages: great energy boost

Disadvantages: not enough in box

Ok so frosties are getting a lot of bad press at the moment but is all this so called new information about them really anything new to us. Yes ok they have sugar in them but haven't we really been told this a number of times already and in all fairness I personally expect to find added sugar in a sweetened cereal.
I'm classed as a adult and believe that I should be able to make up my own mind about the cereal i eat. I for one will not stop eating frosties due to any bad press it receives.
Let put it into perspective I get up in the morning and look forward to having a bowl of frosties. They are better than cornflakes and stay crunchier for longer in the bowl of milk. They give me and my child a great energy boost to kick start the day and keep energy levels up till lunch time. If we're sensible with our food throughout the day they then form part of a well balanced diet.

Summary: another target for bad press
