Advantages: Tasty, Affordable, Added Vitamins

Disadvantages: Bit Much Sugar (but not too bad)

Kelloggs Rice Krispie Cereal & Milk Bars are a great idea for giving kids when you're in a hurry. They're not an ideal breakfast by any means, but they're not too unhealthy as a quick snack. Plus they fill kids up and taste great which makes them an ideal choice! They cost £1.68 for a box of 6 in Tesco, which works out at 28p per bar. They're on offer for a bit less at the minute too, you can get two boxes for £3 making them 25p each which is a small saving for you.

Each bar is individually wrapped, so you can just grab one on the go or stick one in your glovebox for emergencies. I tend to keep things in mine for when I've got the grandson, as you just never know when you're going to get stuck on the North Circular or similar.

These tasty little bars are basically Kelloggs Rice Krispies that have been fused together with a savoury-sweet binding to make them into crispy, tasty little bars. They're covered in a generous layer of milk along the bottom, that tastes like a cross between cream and icing sugar.

They really are very tasty little things, but surprisingly they're not that bad for your health. There are only 84 calories in one of these little bars, and 7g of sugar with 2.5g of fat. Not the healthiest thing in the world then no, but not too bad for you (or your kids) either. Also, they've got lots of added vitamins in them.

These are a bit on the small side for us adults, but then I just eat two at a time! For kids, these are neat little treats though, and a great alternative to giving your child chocolate or crisps as a snacky treat.

Summary: Highly Recommended
