Of late I have been trying out different cereals to perk up my brekkie routine and to tantalise my taste-buds with. I love eating breakfast and bounce out of bed to eat it though lately I got a little stuck in a rut which is why I have been getting through different varieties of cereals at the rate of knots looking for a new ... I recently tried Sainsbury's own version of Rice Krispies after watching on Dispatches that people seemed to like them better. I always steered away from not the brand name on some things, but I have to say that they weren't better, and although Kelloggs Rice Krispies are more expensive, then they are worth it. I think you can buy these ... Read the complete review

SNAP CRACKLE AND POP... These of the three famous words associated with Rise Krispies, I thought I would review these as I ate them for my breakfast this morning! In my opinion Kelloggs are the kings of the cereal world but because they are quite expensive,I don't tend to buy their products very often. My mum on the other hand does which is why I got to enjoy a bowl of these at the weekend. You can pay around £3 for a 600g box although they also come in a 450g box for around the two pound mark. ... This is one of my kid's favourite cereals, and one of mine from when I was a child; they make a great breakfast cereal but also are fantastic as a snack and a lot better than reaching for a chocolate bar in the evening when I have the urge to snack! ***About Rice Krispies*** If you have not had Rice Krispies before then I ... Rice Krispies is a breakfast cereal made from rice grains that have been cooked, dried and toasted, to make tiny little bubbles that are crunchy and crispy. Famous for the 'Snap, Crackle and Pop' sounds that the cereal makes when you add milk (this is caused by the walls of the bubbles collapsing suddenly when milk is added, and pushing the air ... I remember eating Rice Krispies all the time when i was a kid and being seduced by the cute "Snap, Crackle and Pop" gimmick which most kids love. As im trying to lose weight, i was encouraged to start eating these again as my Weightwatchers leader told me that they were really low in calories and fat. I was really ... Read the complete review

Rice Krispies have been a favourite breakfast cereal of mine since I was a kid. I remember quite vividly the adverts on TV which pick up the tagline of 'Snap, Crackle and Pop' and the various stories of the three characters who adopted these sounds as names. They are also the three characters you can see on the front of the box in the ... Read the complete review

Kellogs rice crispies are a breakfast cereal that was one of my favourite when I was little, and although I don't eat them as much now, I do still enjoy a bowl of these for breakfast from time to time. They are basically made of puffed up rice, and that's it, so as you can see there a pretty simple product however the best ones always ... Read the complete review

I'm not a breakfast person, but I do sometimes enjoy a small bowl of cereal as a dessert after tea. One cereal I do enjoy now and then is Rice Krispies. Over the last few weeks I have developed a bit of a "thing" for cereal. When I first found out that I was pregnant I consciously tried to make an effort to have cereal for breakfast as previously I would have grabbed an apple or had a few pieces of pineapple about 3 hours after getting up on a morning. Rice Krispies were my first ... Read the complete review

I've got real mixed feelings about rice crispies, part of me has fond thoughts when I think about the 'Snap Crackle & Pop' marketing campaign that I grew up with. This cereal does remind me of my childhood and makes me smile when I see it in the cupboard but to be completely honest I've never been all that fond of the tast of the ... Read the complete review

The original rice krisipies have been around for 80 years, and have always adourned 3 cartoon characters in it's advertising; snap, crackle and pop, which have continued it's appeal to kids throughout the years. This is a cereal that I used to enjoy having alot when I was younger but do not have so much of it now. Rice Krispies are currently marketed by Kelloggs and have been since 1928, they have been sold with many different slogans and adverts with the Rollin Stones even singing a song to promote them in the 1963. I recently had my grandchildren to stay over the weekend and bought some Rice Krispies for their breakfasts, as I thought they would be easy for a 11/2 yr old and a 2.1/2 yr old to eat. I'm not quite sure what lead me to buy a box of rice krispies, I think it was a recent advert coupled with a distant memory of childhood enjoyment. In fact it was probably a ploy to try and get my daughter to eat something for breakfast that, by duping her with entertainment (snap, crackle and pop of course) may actually enable her to ...
